Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice (working day). Cancellations, rescheduling requests, or no-shows made within 24 hours of the scheduled session will incur a fee equal to 100% of the session cost. All payments are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for missed appointments, late cancellations, or unused sessions.
