This is a 15minute free complimentary online consultation for clients who would like to have a better understanding of the therapist and their concerns that they would like to work on prior to making a decision to start counselling and psychotherapy.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us 24 hours in advance. Less than 24 hours cancellation or rescheduling will be charged with 50% of the scheduled appointment.
